Client Complaints and Refund Policy

Our clients’ satisfaction is the highest priority for us. If you are not completely contented with the treatment, please let us know during your visit or within 48hours after the treatment.

Our team prides itself on providing exceptional services. We strive for full customer satisfaction and therefore, if you are dissatisfied with our treatments, please notify us within 48 hours.

We are committed to providing you with a fix or a correction free of charge (corrections are usually accommodated within 3 days (72 hours) from the initial service)– unfortunately, we do not honour free corrections if you reschedule or notify beyond this timeframe).

A fault on our side will result in a redo or a full refund. Deposits paid are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. Please note the salon cannot be held responsible for errors made during an online booking.

However, we are human and mistakes do happen. If you made a mistake, please inform us immediately via our WhatsApp line 0763864793 for assistance.
