Tinting & Henna Brows

Henna brows are a form of eyebrow tinting that is used to stain the skin beneath the brow hairs.

The purpose of this is to cast a shadow or create an illusion of depth and fullness in the area, visually filling in any sparseness. Henna is a natural dye made from a plant known as hina or the henna tree. Henna is a natural product and chemical free!

It lasts a longer than the eyebrow tint and can last approximately 2 weeks on the skin and up to 4 weeks on the eyebrow hairs. The henna dye adheres to both hair and skin.

Henna is a great choice for those that wants something longer lasting than a tint but not as invasive as permanent make – up! It is also a less expensive option to permanent make-up.

Henna brows creates a bold, natural, defined look whereas a brow tint provides a natural look but the tint on the skin can fade in 2-3 days.

Skin naturally produces oils, sheds and creates new skin cells so henna will also fade over time. Our popular colours are Light Brown, Medium Brown and Dark Brown.

It is also recommended to use a Brow serum to grow, condition brows with a brow serum such as RapidBrow available in-salon or our online shop.
